Sofindev reaches an agreement to become shareholder of Group Claes.

Group Claes partners with Sofindev to support its continued growth trajectory as specialized wholesaler and service provider to the food processing industry. The investment in Group Claes wil be realised by SOFINDEV IV NV.

SOFINDEV IV will become majority shareholder, while the Claes family and the management will remain on board as significant minority shareholder and continue their operational responsabilities.
